Hi, I’m Marcelo Zuniga, a son, brother, father of 3 wonderful kids and a dog, businesses owner, business coach and consultant with a lifelong passion for entrepreneurship. I grew up in Nicaragua and Guatemala during the 70s and 80s, I knew from a young age that I wanted to be an entrepreneur and have my own business.
My very firts business endevour was in high school. I started selling candy, taking advantage of my access to types of candy that were not easily available in my country at the time. By selling these candies, even at a higher price than my teacher, who was already selling them, I was able to make a good profit.
After college, I decided to start a real estate business and mortgage company. I was able to grow my investment to five properties and build a successful business. Unfortunately, in 2006, the market crash hit my business hard and I had to start over.

In 2015, I started a new business in Project Management and Process Improvement Consulting. This business continues to operate and grow to this day. I have also started several other successful businesses since then, all while learning valuable lessons about networking, mentorship, and the importance of working with others.
With my experience and the unique challenges I faced, I’ve come to understand the difficulties startups and small businesses face, especially with limited availability of coaches and consultants that are affordable for them.
That’s why I’m passionate about providing guidance and support to entrepreneurs who need it most. Whether you need help with business growth, coaching, or consulting, I’m here to share my knowledge and skills to help you succeed.

I like to keep a balance world as well. Spending time with my family is the most important activity for me. Nevertheless, as individual we also have personal likes and I strongly believe we should experiment with them.
Among many outdoors activities I have alway have a facination with photography. I view it as an extension of my visoin and my connection to this world and all the beauty and some time not so beautiful, experiences it gives us.
